Credentialing is a per-application service that manages provider enrollment and re-credentialing with insurance panels to ensure compliance and timely onboarding.
What’s Included
Full Application Submission as follows:
- CAQH, NPPES / PECOS Logins Retrieval
- NPI Name Confirmation / Corrections
- Monthly Attestations of CAQH to ensure timely renewal of documents.
- Credentialing Packet Requests to insurances
- Application Receipt, Completion, and Submission
- Follow up after every 15 business days until Credentialing approval
- Receipt of Contract, Completion, and Submission for Execution
- Receipt of Effective Date and Provider # (if any)
- Weekly/monthly follow-up reports
- Appeals & Re-Considerations in case of closed panels
Pricing
- TIER 1 (1-9 Applications): – $299.99 per application
- TIER 2 (10-19 Applications): – $249.00 per applications
- TIER 2 (20+ Applications): – $209.00 per applications
All Government applications are an additional $125.00 per application EFT included.
An optional EFT setup is an additional $75.00 per application for the commercial and private insurance.
